- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats, regular or gluten-free
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

- In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients
- Spray 2 sheets of foil with olive oil cooking spray
- Form the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape, cut in half, and place each half on one piece of foil.
- Roll the foil up a bit on the sides. Allow it to be slightly open.
- Sauce
- Put all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until combined on medium-low heat. This should only take 1-2 minutes
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers. Place half the meatloaf in the zone 1 drawer and half in zone 2's, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C, and set time to 25 minutes. Select MATCH to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press the START/STOP button to begin cooking.
- When the time reaches 20 minutes, press START/STOP to pause the unit. Remove the drawers and coat the meatloaf with the sauce using a brush. Re- insert the drawers into the unit and and press START/STOP to resume cooking.
- Carefully remove and serve.
