Ingredients

  • Meatloaf
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats, regular or gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Meatloaf
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients
  3. Spray 2 sheets of foil with olive oil cooking spray
  4. Form the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape, cut in half, and place each half on one piece of foil.
  5. Roll the foil up a bit on the sides. Allow it to be slightly open.
  6. Sauce
  7. Put all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until combined on medium-low heat. This should only take 1-2 minutes
  8. Install a crisper plate in both drawers. Place half the meatloaf in the zone 1 drawer and half in zone 2's, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  9. Select zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C, and set time to 25 minutes. Select MATCH to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press the START/STOP button to begin cooking.
  10. When the time reaches 20 minutes, press START/STOP to pause the unit. Remove the drawers and coat the meatloaf with the sauce using a brush. Re- insert the drawers into the unit and and press START/STOP to resume cooking.
  11. Carefully remove and serve.
