Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flake
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 3/4 lb. small potatoes halved
  • 1 (12-oz) package green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper ground to taste
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer Machine to 200°C.
  2. Add mustard, parsley, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and thyme in a large bowl, then mix well.
  3. Add tenderloin to the spice mixture and coat well.
  4. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and green beans in another bowl.
  5. Place the prepared tenderloin in the crisper plate.
  6. Return this crisper plate to the Zone 1 of the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  7. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 15 minutes.
  8. Add potatoes and green beans to the Zone 2.
  9. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 2 with 180°C and the time to 10 minutes.
  10. Press the SYNC button to sync the finish time for both Zones.
  11. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  12. Serve the tenderloin with Air Fried potatoes
