- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup tapioca flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 teaspoon honey

Directions
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Marinate the chicken thighs in the bag for 30 minutes.
- Combine the flour, tapioca flour, Cajun spice, garlic salt, honey powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Remove the thighs from the buttermilk mixture and dredge them in the flour. Remove any excess flour by shaking it off.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers. Place half the chicken thighs in the zone 1 drawer and half in zone 2's, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C, and set time to 25 minutes. Select MATCH to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press the START/STOP button to begin cooking.
- When the time reaches minutes, press START/STOP to pause the unit. Remove the drawers and flip the chicken. Re-insert the drawers into the unit and press START/STOP to resume cooking. When cooking is complete, remove the chicken.
- Serve.
