Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings drumettes
  • cooking spray
  • 1/8 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • McCormick Chicken Seasoning to taste
  • Thai Chili Marinade
  • 1 1/2  tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 garlic cloves
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2  tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2  tablespoon sesame oil
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients for the marinade in the blender and blend them for 1 minute.
  2. Keep this marinade aside. Pat dry the washed chicken and place it in the Ziploc bag.
  3. Add buttermilk, chicken seasoning, and zip the bag.
  4. Shake the bag well, then refrigerator for 30 minutes for marination.
  5. Remove the chicken drumettes from the marinade, then dredge them through dry flour.
  6. Spread the drumettes in the two crisper plate and spray them with cooking oil.
  7. Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  8. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 43 minutes
  9. Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  10. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  11. Toss the drumettes once cooked halfway through.
  12. Now brush the chicken pieces with Thai chili sauce and then resume cooking.
  13. Serve warm
