Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 455g boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 95g full-fat ranch dressing

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.
  2. Drizzle oil over chicken tenders and then generously coat each tender in the spice mixture. Place tenders into the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 190°C for 17 minutes.
  4. Tenders will be 75°C internally when fully cooked. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
