- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 455g boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 95g full-fat ranch dressing
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all seasonings.
- Drizzle oil over chicken tenders and then generously coat each tender in the spice mixture. Place tenders into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 190°C for 17 minutes.
- Tenders will be 75°C internally when fully cooked. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
