Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Ingredients

  • 60m1 avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • I teaspoon sea salt
  • I teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 910g bone-in, skin-on chicken leg quarters

Directions

  1. In a blender or small bowl, combine the avocado oil, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure all the legs are coated. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in two baskets if necessary. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY. Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken legs, then reduce the temperature to 175°C. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes more, until an instant-read thermometer reads 70°C when inserted into the thickest piece of chicken.
  4. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
