- Pork belly, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 450g
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Mushrooms, cleaned and halved - 230g
- Soy sauce, low-sodium -1 tsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, toss pork belly cubes with the remaining ingredients until well coated.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half meat mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, and then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 15 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Stir the meat mixture halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
