Pork Belly Bites with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Pork belly, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 450g
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Mushrooms, cleaned and halved - 230g
  • Soy sauce, low-sodium -1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss pork belly cubes with the remaining ingredients until well coated.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half meat mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, and then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 15 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Stir the meat mixture halfway through.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
