Ingredients

  • Flank steak - 4
  • Garlic, minced - 1 tsp
  • Red wine vinegar - 60ml
  • Olive oil - 60ml
  • Dijon mustard -1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce -1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce, low-sodium -1 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add flank steak and remaining ingredients into the large mixing bowl and mix well. Cover and set aside for 50 minutes.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the steaks in the zone i drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180℃, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Flip the steaks halfway through.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
