Ingredients

  • Pork chops - 4
  • Brussels sprouts, quartered - 350g
  • Maple syrup -1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Dijon mustard - l tsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add pork chops and Brussels sprouts into the mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt. Pour over the pork chop sprout mixture and mix well.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half of the pork chop sprout mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 10 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
