Ingredients

  • Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
  • Ground beef - 450g
  • Parsley, chopped - 12g
  • Dried oregano -1/2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves, minced - 3
  • Onion, minced -1
  • Breadcrumbs - 60g
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 45g
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add ground beef and remaining ingredients into the large bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Make equal shapes of balls from the meat mixture.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half meatballs in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 180℃, and set the time to 30 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Turn the meatballs halfway through.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
