Ingredients
- 450g skinless boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1 “cubes
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 red capsicum, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour

Directions
- Place the chicken pieces into the big batch container.
- Add in the oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix well to marinade.
- Toss in the flour to coat gently.
- Sprinkle the chopped onions & capsicum around in between the chicken pieces.
- Attach Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- In the meantime, in a separate bowl, whisk together the tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, water and corn flour.
- Once the chicken is ready, remove the Power Pod and pour the mixed sauces over the chicken pieces and toss till well combined.
- Reattach the Power Pod back on and air fry for another 6 mins.
- Serve and enjoy.
