Ingredients

  • 450g skinless boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1 “cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour

Directions

  1. Place the chicken pieces into the big batch container.
  2. Add in the oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Mix well to marinade.
  3. Toss in the flour to coat gently.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped onions & capsicum around in between the chicken pieces.
  5. Attach Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
  6. In the meantime, in a separate bowl, whisk together the tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, water and corn flour.
  7. Once the chicken is ready, remove the Power Pod and pour the mixed sauces over the chicken pieces and toss till well combined.
  8. Reattach the Power Pod back on and air fry for another 6 mins.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
