Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon, groaned
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, grated
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt, pinch
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Take 4 ramekins that are the size of a cup and layer them with muffin papers.
  2. Crack an egg in a bowl and add brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
  3. Whisk it all very well with an electric hand beater.
  4. Now, in a second bowl, mix the flour, and salt.
  5. Now, mix the dry ingredients slowly with the wet ingredients.
  6. Now, at the end fold in the pumpkin puree and milk, mix it well
  7. Divide this batter into 4 ramekins.
  8. Now, divide ramekins between both zones.
  9. Set the time for zone 1 to 18 minutes at 180°C at  AIRFRY mode.
  10. Select the MATCH button for the zone 2 basket.
  11. Check if not done, and let it AIR FRY for one more minute.
  12. Once it is done, serve.
