Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 and 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon, groaned
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, grated
- 2 large eggs
- Salt, pinch
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup coconut milk

Directions
- Take 4 ramekins that are the size of a cup and layer them with muffin papers.
- Crack an egg in a bowl and add brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
- Whisk it all very well with an electric hand beater.
- Now, in a second bowl, mix the flour, and salt.
- Now, mix the dry ingredients slowly with the wet ingredients.
- Now, at the end fold in the pumpkin puree and milk, mix it well
- Divide this batter into 4 ramekins.
- Now, divide ramekins between both zones.
- Set the time for zone 1 to 18 minutes at 180°C at AIRFRY mode.
- Select the MATCH button for the zone 2 basket.
- Check if not done, and let it AIR FRY for one more minute.
- Once it is done, serve.
