- 120g plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 to 3 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers
- 1/8 teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 medium pie pumpkin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine yoghurt, chipotle peppers, and ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve, covered.
- Peeled the pumpkin and split it in half lengthwise. Discard the seeds. Cut pumpkin into 1 cm strips.
- Place in a large mixing bowl. Toss with ½ teaspoon salt, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.
- Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
- Set the temperature to 200°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, spray the Air-Fryer basket with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Arrange pumpkin fries and spritz cool‹ing spray on them.
- Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 8 minutes.
- After that, toss them and again cook for 3 minutes longer.
- After cooking time is completed, transfer them onto serving plates and serve.
