Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup gram / besan / chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 3 tablespoons of corn flour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1/4 cup capsicum, sliced thinly
- 1 medium carrot, julienne
- 1 cup of broccoli, separated into small florets
- 1 small, sweet potato, julienne
- 1 brinjal, julienne
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 mint leaves
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon of oil

Directions
- In a large bowl, pour garam masala, carom seeds, salt, chickpeas flour, rice flour and corn flour and whisk together. Mix them well.
- Add the mixed flour over the vegetable mix and mix well till well combined.
- Scoop up 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture and drop the clump onto the crisper tray in a big batch container.
- The mixture should be slightly loose and not pressed into patties. Keep repeating until you get about 12 clumps, slightly distanced from each other.
- Spray the pakora with oil spray.
- Attach Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 8 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- Repeat the process until the mixture is all used up.
- Serve with mint chutney.
