Ingredients

  • Root vegetables cut into 2-inch chunks - 650g
  • Rosemary sprigs, chopped - 2
  • Garlic cloves, peeled & sliced - 4
  • Olive oil -1 tbsp
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss root vegetables with olive oil, pepper, and salt until well coated.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half of the root vegetables in the zone 1 drawer and the remaining half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 170 C, and set the time to 25 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Transfer the root vegetables to a large mixing bowl. Add rosemary, garlic, and red wine vinegar to the vegetables and toss well.
  7. Return the vegetables to the air fryer drawers and cook for 10 minutes more at 190℃.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
