Ingredients

  • 4 (4-oz) lobster tails
  • 8 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • Salt and black pepper, ground to taste
  • 2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 wedges lemon
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Spread the lobster tails into Butterfly, slit the top to expose the lobster meat while keeping the tail intact.
  2. Place two lobster tails in each of the crisper plate with their lobster meat facing up.
  3. Mix melted butter with lemon zest and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Brush the butter mixture on top of the lobster tails.
  5. Drizzle salt and black pepper on top.
  6. Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  7. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 18 minutes
  8. Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  9. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  10. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
  11. Serve warm.
