Ingredients

  • 120g unsweetened dried coconut flakes
  • 115g muesli
  • 70g ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chin seeds
  • 80g vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp kosher all
  • 130g nut butter
  • 60ml agave nectar

Directions

  1. Insert a crisper plate in a basket, place the coconut in the basket. then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 185°C, and set the tune to 3 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Cook until golden around the edges.
  2. Pour the coconut onto a parchment paper to cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes. muesli, flaxseed, chin mods. chocolate chips, and salt. Mix well. Add the nut butter and agave. Mix again.
  4. Use clean hands to roll the mixture into 24 balls. Place the balls in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. They can be stored in the fridge or freezer for up to one week.
