Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Ingredients

  • 285g boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into 1/4 strips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 medium onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

Directions

  1. Place chicken and coconut oil into a large bowl and sprinkle with chilli powder, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss the chicken until well coated with seasoning. Place chicken into the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 175°C for 15 minutes.
  3. Add onion and peppers into the fryer basket when the timer has 7 minutes remaining.
  4. Toss the chicken two or three times during cooking. Vegetables should be tender, and chicken should be thoroughly cooked to at least 75°C internal temperature when finished. Serve warm.
