Ingredients

  • 680g 85% lean turkey mince
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ onion, grated
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 188°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, onion, Tabasco, Cajun seasoning, thyme, paprika, and cayenne. Mix with clean hands until thoroughly combined. Shape into 16 patties, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Arrange the patties in a single layer in the two air fryer drawers. Pausing halfway through the cooking time to flip the patties, air fry for 15 to 20 minutes until a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 74°C.
