Ingredients

  • Bruschetta Stuffing
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil Chicken:
  • 4 (115 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut 4 slits each
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chicken seasoning or rub, to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Spritz the two air fryer baskets with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the bruschetta stuffing in a bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and chicken seasoning on a clean work surface.
  4. Arrange the chicken breasts, slits side up, in a single layer in the two air fryer baskets and spritz with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for 7 minutes, then open the air fryer and fill the slits in the chicken with the bruschetta stuffing. Cook for another 3 minutes or until the chicken is well browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
