Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 dragonfruit (pitaya), peeled and chopped (or 1/2cup dragonfruit puree)
  • 300ml Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup ready-to-eat baked chocolate oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional, for extra indulgence)
  • Toppings: extra fruits and baked oatmeal
  • Ninja Blast Max - BC251

Directions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, blueberries, dragon fruit, and honey (if using).
  2. Select ‘Blend’ program until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the blended yogurt mixture into a bowl.
  4. Add the ready-to-eat baked chocolate oatmeal on top. Sprinkle it over the yogurt.
  5. Top with extra fresh blueberries, dragonfruit slices, chocolate chips, or any ingredients you're craving
