Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 300ml Greek Yogurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for extra nutrition)
  • Toppings: extra pistachios, fresh fruit (like berries or banana slices), or a drizzle of honey (optional)
  • Ninja Blast Max - BC251

Directions

  1. For the best blending result, place the softer ingredients (banana, avocado, yogurt, milk) at the bottom, and the tougher ingredients (almonds, sugar) on top.
  2. Select "Smoothie" program until smooth
  3. Spoon the blended yogurt mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with extra fresh avocados, pistachios, or any ingredients you're craving
