Ingredients

  • Flank steak, cut into thin slices - 900g
  • Soy sauce - 18o ml
  • Cayenne -1/4 tsp
  • Liquid smoke -1 tsp
  • Red pepper flakes -1 1/2 tbsp
  • Ranch seasoning - 3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 177 ml
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Add steak slices and remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Place a single layer of steak slices in both the drawers. Then, install the crisper plate in the drawer on top of the steak slices and place another layer of steak slice on the crisper plate. Insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Dehydrate, set the temperature to 6o℃, and set the time to 8 hours.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
