Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Ingredients

  • 1x slab of ribeye or sirloin steak (1 to 1.5inch thick)
  • 1x head of broccoli
  • 4x asparagus spears
  • 120g of brown rice (washed several times till water runs clear)
  • 250g water
  • Chilli pastes, as needed

Directions

  1. Season the steak all over with salt the night before and then places it onto a wire rack in the fridge overnight
  2. When ready to eat, slice the broccoli and asparagus into bite sized pieces
  3. Take the steak out of the fridge. Place the steak on the wire rack in one of the baskets in the DoubleStack Air Fry steaks at 200°C 8 mins (Medium Rare) (or 8-10 minutes [Medium]; 10-12 minutes [Medium-Well]; 12-14 minutes [Well Done])
  4. In the 2nd basket, place the chopped broccoli and asparagus into the bottom, then place the rack on top of it and an ovenproof container with the rice and water in it.
  5. Ensure the container is tightly covered with aluminum foil to trap the steam
  6. For the vegetable basket, cook the vegetables and rice at 180°C for 22 mins
