Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Cuisine

Chinese

Ingredients

  • 120ml finely chopped cabbage
  • 60ml finely chopped red pepper
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low-salt soy sauce
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon water, for brushing the wrappers
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cabbage, pepper, spring onions, egg, cocktail sauce, and soy sauce, and mix well.
  3. Put about 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the centre of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half, covering the filling; dampen the edges with water, and seal. You can crimp the edges of the wrapper with your fingers, so they look like the pot stickers you get in restaurants. Brush them with water.
  4. Place the pot stickers in the two air fryer baskets and air fry for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the pot stickers are hot and the bottoms are lightly browned.
  5. Serve hot.
