Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Cuisine

Japanese

Ingredients

  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 salmon fillets, 170 g each, skin-on
  • Cooking spray
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, olive oil, mustard powder, ginger, black pepper, and garlic to make a marinade.
  2. Place the fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover the baking dish and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning the fillets occasionally to keep them coated in the marinade.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Spray the two air fryer baskets lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Shake off as much marinade as possible from the fillets and place them, skin-side down, in the two air fryer baskets in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes for well done. The minimum internal temperature should be 65°C at the thickest part of the fillets.
  6. Serve hot.
