Ingredients

• 2 cups watermelon, cubed and seeds removed
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
• Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, protein powder, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
5. Select the 'Gelato' program and start the machine.
6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the Watermelon Mint Marvel!
