Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup dill pickle juice
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground celery seed ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 8 dill pickle chips
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Set the chicken in a suitable ziplock bag and pound it into ½ thickness with a mallet.
  2. Slice the chicken into 2 halves.
  3. Add pickle juice and seal the bag.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes approximately for marination. Whisk both eggs with mills in a shallow bowl.
  5. Thoroughly mix flour with spices and flour in a separate bowl.
  6. Dip each chicken slice in egg, then in the flour mixture.
  7. Shake off the excess and set the chicken pieces in the crisper plate.
  8. Spray the pieces with cooking oil.
  9. Place the chicken pieces in the two crisper plate in a single layer and spray the cooking oil.
  10. Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  11. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 28 minutes
  12. Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  13. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  14. Flip the chicken pieces once cooked halfway through, and resume cooking.
  15. Enjoy with pickle chips and a dollop of mayonnaise.
