Espresso Hazelnut

Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sugar, protein powder, and espresso powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the chopped hazelnuts and mix gently to distribute evenly.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Gelato' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the Espresso Hazelnut Gelato!
