Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
Directions
- In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the chopped cherries and dark chocolate chunks, and mix gently to distribute evenly.
- Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the 'Gelato' program and start the machine.
- Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy the Chocolate Cherry Jubilee Gelato!
