Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders, boneless & cut into 1/4-inch slices -700g
  • Soy sauce - 120ml
  • Ground ginger -1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper -1/4 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Add chicken slices and remaining ingredients into the zip-lock bag, seal the bag, and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Place a single layer of chicken slices in both the drawers. Then, install the crisper plate in the drawer on top of the chicken slices and place another layer of chicken slice on the crisper plate. Insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Dehydrate, set the temperature to 60℃, and set the time to 7 hours.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
