Ingredients
- Mushrooms, halved - 250g
- Courgette, sliced -1
- Asparagus, cut woody ends -125g
- Yellow squash, sliced -1
- Grape tomatoes -160g
- Balsamic vinegar - 60ml
- Olive oil - 60ml
- Dijon mustard -1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix asparagus, squash, tomatoes, mushrooms, courgetti, oil, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper, and salt.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half vegetable mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 12 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone i settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Stir vegetable mixture halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
