Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Mix flour with garlic powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Dredge the avocado sticks through the flour mixture.
  3. Dip them in the eggs and coat them with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated fries in the air fryer baskets.
  5. Return the air fyer basket 1 to Zone 1, and basket 2 to Zone 2 of the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
  6. Choose the “Air Fry” mode for Zone 1 at 204 degrees C and 6 minutes of cooking time.
  7. Select the “MATCH COOK” option to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  8. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/PAUSE BUTTON.
  9. Flip the fries once cooked halfway through.
  10. Mix all the dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  11. Serve the fries with dipping sauce.
