Almond Chocolate Protein Sorbet

A rich and nutty sorbet that combines the flavors of almonds and chocolate with a boost of protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and almond butter. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the Almond Chocolate Protein Sorbet!
