  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 cup corn kernel
  • 1 medium potato cooked
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 2 garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • For Serving: Yogurt tahini sauce
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Mix grated zucchini with a pinch of salt in a colander and leave them for 15 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out their excess water.
  3. Mash the cooked potato in a large-sized bowl with a fork.
  4. Add zucchini, corn, garlic, chickpea flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  5. Mix these fritters' ingredients together and make 2 tablespoons-sized balls out of this mixture and flatten them lightly.
  6. Divide the fritters in the two crisper plates in a single layer and spray them with cooking.
  7. Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  8. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes.
  9. Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  10. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
  11. Flip the fritters once cooked halfway through, then resume cooking.
  12. Serve.
