White Chocolate Raspberry Gelato

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sugar, melted white chocolate chips, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Gelato' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the White Chocolate Raspberry Gelato!
