- Egg, lightly beaten -1
- Ground turkey - 450g
- Parsley, minced - 2 tbsp
- Bell pepper, chopped - 1/2
- Mushrooms, diced - 50g
- Fresh thyme, minced – 1 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add meat and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Make equal shapes of balls from the meat mixture.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the meatballs in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 10 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
