• Egg, lightly beaten - 1
• Sweet potato, peeled & shredded -1
• Courgette, shredded & excess liquid squeezed out -2
• Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• Garlic powder -1/2 tsp
• Italian seasoning -1 tsp
• Flour - 30g
• Kosher salt -1 tsp

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, add the shredded courgette, shredded sweet potato, and remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. Make equal shapes of patties from the mixture.
3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the patties in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
4. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 190℃, and set the time to 10 minutes.
5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
7. Serve and enjoy.
