Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 pound of chicken tenders
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Italian bread crumb
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Take a bowl and whisk eggs in it and set aside for further use.
- In a large bowl add lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- In a separate bowl mix Panko breadcrumbs, Italian bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese.
- Dip the chicken tender in the spice mixture and coat the entire tender well.
- Let the tenders sit for 1 hour.
- Then dip each chicken tender in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Line both the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper.
- Divide the tenders between the baskets.
- Set zone 1 basket to air fry mode at 177°C for 12 minutes.
- Select the MATCH button for the zone 2 basket.
- Once it's done, serve.
