Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 pound of chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Italian bread crumb
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Take a bowl and whisk eggs in it and set aside for further use.
  2. In a large bowl add lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
  3. In a separate bowl mix Panko breadcrumbs, Italian bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip the chicken tender in the spice mixture and coat the entire tender well.
  5. Let the tenders sit for 1 hour.
  6. Then dip each chicken tender in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  7. Line both the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper.
  8. Divide the tenders between the baskets.
  9. Set zone 1 basket to air fry mode at 177°C for 12 minutes.
  10. Select the MATCH button for the zone 2 basket.
  11. Once it's done, serve.
