Ingredients
- 800g–1kg pork spare ribs (pierced with fork)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101TH
Directions
- Mix seasoning in a zip bag. Add ribs, marinate 1 hr–overnight in fridge.
- Place ribs in container. Keep leftover marinade.
- Cook in Roast mode for 20 min.
- Flip ribs, brush with marinade.
- Cook Roast mode for 5 min until cooked through.
