Ingredients

  • 800g–1kg pork spare ribs (pierced with fork)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101TH

Directions

  1. Mix seasoning in a zip bag. Add ribs, marinate 1 hr–overnight in fridge. 
  2. Place ribs in container. Keep leftover marinade. 
  3. Cook in Roast mode for 20 min. 
  4. Flip ribs, brush with marinade. 
  5. Cook Roast mode for 5 min until cooked through.
