Ingredients

  • ½ Soy Sauce Chicken, ready-to-cook
  • 300g Char Siew, ready-to-cook
  • 1 cup of Rice, rinsed
  • 80g Garlic-ginger Paste
  • 1½ cup of Water

Directions

  1. Defrost ready-to-cook Char Siew and Soy Sauce Chicken for Step 3 and 5 respectively.
  2. Place the rinsed rice with water on an aluminium tray. Pour in the garlic-ginger paste and mix well. Seal the tray with aluminium foil. Set aside for Step 4.
  3. In the lower layer of the top basket of the Ninja DoubleStack™ XL Airfryer, place the Char Siew from Step 1 on a baking paper.
  4. Place the aluminium tray from Step 2 on the metal tray as the upper layer.
  5. In the bottom basket, place the Soy Sauce Chicken from Step 1 on baking paper.
  6. Set the top basket to “Air Fry” mode at 195°C for 25 minutes, while the bottom basket to “Roast” mode at 210°C for 20 minutes. Then click “Sync” and “Start”.
  7. Fluff the rice, slice the caramelised Char Siew and serve with the roasted Soy Sauce Chicken. Enjoy!
