- 125g self-rising flour
- 240g non-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 beaten egg
- 30g sesame seeds
Directions
- Combine the self-rising flour and Greek yoghurt in a medium mixing bowl using a wooden spoon.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a lightly floured board.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll each into a thin rope, securing the ends to form a bagel shape. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
- Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fryer”.
- Set the temperature to 140°C, and then set the time for 3 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, arrange bagels into the basket.
- Slide basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
- After cooking time is completed, remove both pans from Air Fryer.
- Place the bagels onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes and serve.
