Ninja CRISPi - FN101TH

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bream fillets
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 100ml water 
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6–8 cherry tomatoes
  • 10–15 clams
  • 8 olives
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101TH

Directions

  1. Place the plate in the glass container and line it with parchment paper. 
  2. Season both sides of the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper, place them on the parchment paper, and top with garlic. 
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, then pour in bay leaf, water, and olive oil in order. 
  4. Set the Ninja CRISPi to ROAST mode for 10 minutes and press Start. 
  5. When done, add clams, olives, and thyme. 
  6. Set the Ninja CRISPi again to Roast mode for another 10 minutes and press Start. 
  7. Once cooking is complete, serve directly from the container.
