Ingredients
- 2 sea bream fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 100ml water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6–8 cherry tomatoes
- 10–15 clams
- 8 olives
- 2 sprigs thyme
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101TH
Directions
- Place the plate in the glass container and line it with parchment paper.
- Season both sides of the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper, place them on the parchment paper, and top with garlic.
- Add cherry tomatoes, then pour in bay leaf, water, and olive oil in order.
- Set the Ninja CRISPi to ROAST mode for 10 minutes and press Start.
- When done, add clams, olives, and thyme.
- Set the Ninja CRISPi again to Roast mode for another 10 minutes and press Start.
- Once cooking is complete, serve directly from the container.
