Ingredients
- 4 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste 4 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Rub the salmon with salt and black pepper first.
- Whisk oil with sugar, thyme, garlic, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Place two salmon fillets in each of the crisper plate and brush the thyme mixture on top of each fillet.
- Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes
- Select the "MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Serve warm and fresh.
