- 455g butternut squash, diced
- 70g kielbasa, diced
- ¼ onion, diced
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tbsp olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a bowl, toss butternut squash with garlic powder, oil, onion, kielbasa, pepper, and salt.
- Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodi air fryer baskets.
- Add sausage and butternut squash mixture in both baskets.
- Select zone 1, then select “air fry” mode and set the temperature to 190°C for 20 minutes. Press “match” to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press “start/stop” to begin. Stir halfway through.
