Ingredients

  • 455g butternut squash, diced
  • 70g kielbasa, diced
  • ¼ onion, diced
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss butternut squash with garlic powder, oil, onion, kielbasa, pepper, and salt.
  2. Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodi air fryer baskets.
  3. Add sausage and butternut squash mixture in both baskets.
  4. Select zone 1, then select “air fry” mode and set the temperature to 190°C for 20 minutes. Press “match” to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press “start/stop” to begin. Stir halfway through.
