Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Dry the lamb chops with a paper towel.
  2. Combine the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss the lamb in the marinade gently to coat it. Cover and set aside to marinate for 1 hour or up to overnight.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers. Place half the lamb chops in the zone 1 drawer and half in zone 2's, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200 °C, and set time to 15 minutes. Select MATCH to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press the START/STOP button to begin
  5. When the time reaches 10 minutes, press START/STOP to pause the unit. Remove the drawers and flip the chops. Re-insert the drawers into the unit and press START/STOP to resume cooking.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
