Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved - 500g
  • Panetta, chopped - 100g
  • Olive oil -1 tbsp
  • Chestnuts, halved - 180g
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add steak slices and remaining ingredients into the in a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with pancetta, oil, chestnuts, pepper, and salt until well coated.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half of the Brussels sprout mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 18o℃, and set the time to 20 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Stir the Brussels sprout mixture halfway through.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
