Ingredients

  • Salmon belly strips - 450g
  • Garlic cloves - 4, minced
  • Lemon zest - Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Lemon juice - Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Season salmon belly strips with garlic, lemon zest, pepper, and salt.
  2. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half salmon belly strips in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  3. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 190°C, and set the time to 8 minutes.
  4. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 setting to zone 2.
  5. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
