- Salmon belly strips - 450g
- Garlic cloves - 4, minced
- Lemon zest - Grated zest of 1 lemon
- Lemon juice - Juice of 1 lemon
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Season salmon belly strips with garlic, lemon zest, pepper, and salt.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half salmon belly strips in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 190°C, and set the time to 8 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 setting to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
