Ingredients

  • 1 package (200g) cream cheese, softened
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 210g seedless raspberry jam

Directions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth, then add 1 egg yolk.
  2. Combine the remaining egg yolk with the water. Unfold each sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured board and roll into a 30cm square. Cut into nine 10cm squares.
  3. Put 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture and 1 rounded teaspoon jam on each. Bring 2 opposite corners of pastry over filling, sealing with yolk mixture.
  4. Brush the remaining yolk mixture over the tops.
  5. Press your chosen zone “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
  6. Set the temperature to 160°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
  7. After preheating, spray the Air-Fryer basket of each zone with cooking spray, line them with parchment paper, and place the pastry on them.
  8. Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 10 minutes.
  9. After cooking time is completed, transfer them onto serving plates and serve.
