- Baby potatoes, quartered - 680 g
- Breakfast sausage, crumbled - 453 g
- Onion, chopped - 1/2
- Yellow sweet pepper, chopped -1
- Red sweet pepper, chopped - 1
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, add sausage, onions, and sweet peppers and mix well. Season with pepper and salt.
- Add flour mixture into the egg mixture and mix until well combined.
- Spoon batter into the silicone muffin molds.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers.
- Add potatoes in the zone i drawer and sausage mixture in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 8 minutes.
- Select zone 2, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 12 minutes.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
