Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes, quartered - 680 g
  • Breakfast sausage, crumbled - 453 g
  • Onion, chopped - 1/2
  • Yellow sweet pepper, chopped -1
  • Red sweet pepper, chopped - 1
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, add sausage, onions, and sweet peppers and mix well. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Add flour mixture into the egg mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon batter into the silicone muffin molds.
  5. Install a crisper plate in both drawers.
  6. Add potatoes in the zone i drawer and sausage mixture in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  7. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 8 minutes.
  8. Select zone 2, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 12 minutes.
  9. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
